When I was in high school, I struggled with anxiety and often couldn’t fall asleep without surrounding myself with pillows and stuffed animals just to feel safe.

When will I get my order?

This item is available for pre-order. Pre-orders allow you to secure your SherpaNest™ in our first production run. Expected delivery is around February 2026. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

You will be charged at checkout to reserve your order. Shipping timelines are estimates and may change, but we will notify you. Thank you so much for your patience and support!
What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the product ships.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, compressed, and in its original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kaomisleep.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@kaomisleep.com. 
How can I wash the SherpaNest™?

The outer cover is removable and machine washable. Wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, then tumble dry on low to keep it soft and fresh. Make sure the cover is fully dry before putting it back on. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
Can I use my own sheets with the SherpaNest™?

Yes. You can use your favorite flat sheet on top of the SherpaNest™. Simply tuck it into the corners and under the borders.
Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, but we are working toward international shipping. Follow our journey to be the first to know when global shipping becomes available.
