Refund policy

We have a 30-day return window — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the product ships.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Compressed as originally packaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: International orders are not eligible for returns.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@kaomisleep.com to request a return — do not send items before getting approval.
  2. If accepted, we'll send shipping instructions for where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund status.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
