30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order ships. 

Final Sale Items

Second Chance items and international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email hello@kaomisleep.com. Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions.

Returned items must be shipped back to us before a refund can be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
