Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Once an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping.

  • Pre-order items: Orders are not processed or shipped immediately. Pre-orders ship during the estimated pre-order window listed on the product page.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped using UPS / USPS / FedEx (we select the best carrier based on your location). Estimated delivery time after your order ships:

  • In-stock items: Standard Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. after shipment.

  • Pre-order items: Delivery timing depends on when the pre-order ships. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free-shipping promotions. These will be clearly marked.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

Please carefully review your address during checkout. Kaomi Sleep is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you regarding reshipment.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number
